While this is certainly a formidable list, The Kell Hounds would like to add another concept:
The admiration of your fellow pilots
Beginning in December 2012, The Kell Hounds "PILOT of the MONTH" program will recognize the outstanding achievements and contributions of their members, as observed by their fellow lance-mates.
All active Kell Hounds pilots are eligible to receive the award.
Candidates must be nominated by another pilot, they may not nominate themselves.
Nominations should be submitted via the forum - in the Pilot of the Month section.
All nominations must include a brief description of why an individual is being nominated.
All nominations must be submitted by the 24th of the month.
Voting will be conducted by the membership, again via the forum.
The award will be presented on the last day of the month.
Recipients of the award will be presented with their own Ventrilo channel for a month, a mech parking spot near the front of the dropship and other lavish gifts too impressive to list here.
